Pig Party!

Be mindful of your surroundings, we live in a police state where no one is safe. Even law abiding citizens have reason to fear the boys in blue.  The person whose sole job it is to take other’s freedom under the guise of law is no friend of mine.  Enforcing sanctions against innocent people based on the beliefs or ideals of the elite is disgusting.  People tell me they’ve met nice cops.  I will admit that there may be some out there who, based on their experience in life, truly feel they are just and doing the right thing.  They may even be friendly and try not to use their power to extort others (However much they try, they still do it with every action).  Regardless, the very principle of policing  our every move and enforcing ridiculous drug laws that imprison the innocent, destroy lives, and demonize minorities is wrong.  Furthermore the use of McCarthyist tactics to control the opinion of the public is inexcusable.  We’ve watched them take down our friends and allies under the excuse of terrorism, will you wait until they knock on your door to decide your stance?  I read Fahrenheit 451 when I was younger and believed it to be a dystopian nightmare that would never come true.  Now I open my computer and see anarchists being raided and arrested by the FBI for owning anarchist literature.  I’m not saying that there isn’t a need to control violent crime and wrongdoing, there most certainly is.  What I am saying is our system is broken.  What I am saying is we need a call for rehabilitation, not recidivism.  What I am saying is be a responsible citizen.  Exert your power as a tax payer and a free human being.  You pay their salary, you submit to let them control you.  Do not submit blindly.  Keep your mind on it’s feet, and keep the police under the eternal audit of the public eye.
